Project Approach

P.A.S.S.’ collaborative approach centers feedback and flexibility for project planning, monitoring, and adapting processes until project completion. P.A.S.S. believes feedback is vital to establish solid and consistent communication, in which all stakeholders are reliant on each other and in turn this allows for a de-centering of a hierarchical structure to develop innovative solutions. Through flexibility we establish benchmarks that need to be completed rather than hard deadlines, though we still adhere to the timeline completion date specified in the established contract for services.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion


P.A.S.S., believes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are foundational components that should be at the core of every environment. DEIB influences how we craft a space that accepts and encourages differences amongst individuals. This space serves as a place where we learn and grow in our understanding of how others navigate the world.
