Evidence Based Grant Project Manager (2022-23)

Served as the project manager for a state funded grant through the Division of Mental Health and Addiction, administered by Indiana Youth Institute. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Project management

  • Ensure grant compliance and fiscal reporting standards

  • Managed claims and tracking policies and procedures

  • Attend all required meetings and trainings

  • Collaborate with internal staff and departments on grant benchmarks

  • Event Planning and Management

  • Identify and distribute professional development opportunities

  • Internal and External client and stakeholder engagement

  • Established a communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Equity analysis of grant outcomes and grant recipients

Diversity Plan and Disparities Impact Statement (2023-24)

 

Serving as a consultant for Indiana Family to Family. This project aims to take a deep dive into the challenges, opportunities, and strengths that currently exist within Indiana Family2Family and the underrepresented communities they serve, by addressing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) both internally and externally (Disparities Impact Statement) and provide a strategic map (DEI Plan) of future success with actionable steps for implementation. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Review of organizational needs, challenges and successes

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Co-create strategic and operational goals for project completion

  • Co-develop a Disparities Impact statement and Diversity Plan

  • Collaborate with other organizational consultants to ensure overall organizational success
